There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Once you make your order through Shop then you can track everything from there as soon as it's available. You can even chose to have your tracking info sent right to your phone. We highly recommend using the shop app as you can use it for all of your online shopping needs but also you support planting more trees.

If for some reason you can't see your tracking info then just send us a message and we will check into it and attach it to your order directly via email.

Due to the limited nature of the items we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our return policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at naturenspires@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you. For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error. 

At Nature Inspires we work hard to keep things simple. For that very reason we cover the tax for you! All you need to do is stop and shop nature!

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email naturenspires@gmail.com. All you need to do is send us an email forward with the subject line "CANCEL".

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at naturenspires@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can attempt to correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
